My daughter sent me some pictures from the wedding, for the most part they were beautiful. Now I know that I am over weight, and have known that for awhile, and I know that I have put on some extra weight since I hurt my back, but boy oh boy..... when I saw myself in those pictures!!!!! So Starting Monday, I started my diet, and exercising! Monday and Tuesday I went walking, and today I did dance revolution on Wii..boy am I out of shape lol! I was huffin' and puffin' and sweating like crazy! But I get the sweating part is a good thing :) . I also joined weight watchers on line, and am tracking everything I put in my mouth. So that being said, I need to keep myself extra busy sewing and keep myself out of the kitchen! I just finished 2 dolls, and I am writing out patterns to add to my
Etsy shop. So be on the look out.

Love the Andy and yep, know what you mean about the being outta shape. Too bad it doesnt come off as fast as it goes on!! :-)

I'm with you, Karen, although I have no wedding photos....only the ones from Easter. I just went back to my first meeting in a long time, yesterday. Was good to feel the motivation. Sweating is a GREAT thing! Good luck with your journey and GOOD FOR YOU for not needing a doctor to tell you what you already know.
